Prestressed concrete switch tie units are manufactured according to the long line method. Switch tie molds are placed on 80/90 meter long bands to be rendered into a single piece in accordance with the project requirements. With the automatic system, prestressing and post tensioning of the steel wires are executed. The casting process is done with an automatic concrete casting machine. After the curing time, the concrete is removed from the mold in a single piece by the automatic system. Cutting is carried out according to the project with automatic cutting machine. After the quality control approval, it is transported to the storage area. This production method is the most advantageous system thanks to its high production capacity, ease of production and low personnel costs.
