Prestressed Concrete Tie Units

In the production system of this automatic operation unit, the prepared wires are placed into the mold. This is sent to the casting line after prestressing and post-tensioning. The concrete is poured into the mold. Molds are transported to the curing room via robots. After curing, they are removed from the molds. The mold is transferred back to the production line. Fasteners are fitted after quality control of the railroad ties.
